About Me
I'm Belce — a Lead AI Engineer with 5+ years turning complex ML research into reliable production systems. I've built end-to-end AI pipelines at scale, from raw data ingestion and feature engineering all the way to model deployment, monitoring, and agentic GenAI applications.
My background spans Data Science, Data Engineering, MLOps, and GenAI — trained as an Industrial Engineer (top of class), and holding an MSc in Big Data Analytics. Previously at Mercedes-Benz AG; currently leading AI R&D at AstraZeneca.
I care about systems that don't just work in notebooks — but ship, scale, and stay observable in production.
